About
Ward Advisory Group was founded by Phil Ward, a senior advisor with more than 35 years of international experience across infrastructure, technology, smart cities, resilience, defence, sustainability and major programme delivery.

Phil is an expert in the design and delivery of Smart Cities, Smart Buildings and Critical Infrastructure Protection projects. He has played influential roles in the design and delivery of major projects across UK and the Middle East including Hamed International Airport in Qatar and the Diriyah Gate and Qiddiya giga-project developments in Saudi Arabia.

Phil specialises in working directly with Clients to translate project objectives and operational requirements into deliverable packages of work. He is uniquely qualified – through experience in infrastructure and technology sectors – to manage the interface between consultants, technology providers, designers and contractors and ensure the delivery of “best-in-class” solutions.
